What to include

  • Match, lobby, or channel where the incident occurred.
  • Discord handles or gamertags for everyone involved.
  • Objective description of what happened and when.
  • Links to screenshots, clips, and moderation pings.

How reports are handled

Moderators triage reports inside 12 hours. High-priority submissions (safety risk, competitive integrity threats, escalation requests) trigger immediate paging and live follow-up.

Intake

Ops desk receives your report, timestamps it, and confirms receipt in #ops-desk.

Review

Moderation lead evaluates logs, footage, and witness statements to validate the incident.

Action

Recommended actions are logged in the infractions registry and communicated to affected teams.
